Job Description

Natera Inc. is seeking a dedicated Kit Fulfillment Specialist/Planner to manage and optimize the fulfillment process for kits, track trends, and volumes, and address exceptions. The Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in reducing waste, cost savings, and ensuring smooth operations in kit production and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Run regular and ad-hoc reports to track kit shipment volumes, trends, and exceptions
• Analyze data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights
• Address and resolve issues with undelivered orders
• Identify opportunities to optimize kit production and reduce waste
• Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of kit fulfillment processes
• Work closely with the supply chain team and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and address any fulfillment issues
• Support internal customers by addressing concerns related to kit production and providing timely status updates
• Assist in collection kit procurement
• Coordinate kit production planning and scheduling
• Ensure all fulfillment activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or any related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles or companies, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities
