The Natera Test Coordinator ensures a seamless testing experience for patients by scheduling blood collections, preparing specimens, and managing paperwork. Responsibilities

  • Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens
  • Verify patient identity and test requisitions
  • Maintain specimen integrity
  • Track collected specimens
  • Oversee and coordinate patient care services
  • Manage administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with teams for patient support
  • Develop and maintain patient relationships
  • Act as a liaison for accounts and Sales
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Build rapport with patients and teams
  • Communicate delays and cancellations
  • Investigate and resolve escalated issues
  • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment
  • Maintain high-quality results
  • Monitor and report process improvement needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience
  • Oncology experience
  • BS/BA degree (preferred) or High School Diploma
  • Phlebotomy Certificate
  • Adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
