Job Description

The PSC Manager in Broken Arrow, OK will oversee Natera’s phlebotomy program, manage operations, and potentially supervise other phlebotomists. Responsibilities include verifying requisitions, obtaining blood specimens, maintaining specimen integrity, tracking specimens, ensuring quality results, maintaining a safe work environment, and managing equipment and vendors. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience and strong customer care skills.

Requirements

• 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• 5+ years of high-level customer care experience
• Managing/supervising phlebotomy operations experience preferred
• BS/BA degree preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred
• Bilingual language skills preferred
• Adherence to professional standards
• General understanding of mobile phlebotomy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to learn and embrace online tools
