Job Description

The COS position is an oncology diagnostics sales role responsible for exceeding sales goals by creating a strategic territory plan, managing business results, acquiring new accounts, retaining customers, implementing initiatives, and utilizing resources. This involves building relationships, educating physicians, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives and manage revenue
  • Develop and maintain KOL relationships
  • Drive strategic business opportunities
  • Develop and retain clients
  • Execute sales strategies
  • Maintain product and market knowledge
  • Implement laboratory services agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of Oncology sales experience
  • Knowledge of local oncology market and reimbursement
  • Ability to travel
  • Leadership, financial management, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • 5+ years of Oncology, Pathology or Laboratory sales experience
  • Oncology clinical & medical expertise
