Drive the adoption and sales growth of Signatera, the first-to-market MRD CtDNA test, with a primary focus on Lymphoma within a defined territory, collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Develop expertise in Natera’s products and competitor offerings
Achieve sales targets by driving new patient adoption and acquiring accounts
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan
Execute sales strategies and tactics
Target academic Hematologists, Medical Oncologists, Pathologists, and community oncology sites
Execute a strategic territory plan
Build and maintain relationships with physicians and accounts
Partner with solid tumor-focused COS, ACOS, and Medical Affairs
Work with KOLs and stakeholders to develop care pathways
Demonstrate expertise in oncology and hematology
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in Hematology/Oncology, Surgical, or Diagnostics Sales
Strong knowledge of oncology markets, molecular diagnostics, and reimbursement
