Job Description

The Organ Health Specialist will drive revenue growth and market development within the nephrology and transplant markets. They will cultivate and maintain key relationships, execute strategic business plans, and promote the adoption of existing and newly launched products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed performance goals through effective sales strategies and territory management
• Drive market adoption of Natera’s products
• Serve as a local expert on Natera’s technology and services
• Develop and execute tailored local business plans to achieve sales objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in the diagnostic or lab-developed test industry
• Proven track record of closing sales and building client relationships
• Existing relationships with key opinion leaders in nephrology or specialty medicine
• Knowledge of academic medical systems and large hospital systems related to nephrology or specialty medicine
• Ability to travel up to 50% - 75% within territory
