Natera is seeking an innovative and driven bioinformatics scientist to lead and conduct cutting-edge "real-world evidence" analyses and predictive analytics across organ health, oncology, and women’s health datasets.
Responsibilities
Lead bioinformatics analysis of genomics datasets
Develop and implement data visualization strategies
Develop and implement predictive analytics models
Oversee and manage genomics projects
Collaborate with other departments
Facilitate data integration and management
Present complex genomics data
Propose and develop new methods
Engage with key stakeholders
Requirements
Ph.D. in Bioinformatics or related field
5+ years of experience
Expertise in genomics data analysis
Experience in managing and analyzing large-scale datasets
Expertise in human genomics
Knowledge of bioinformatics tools
Understanding of real-world data
Proficiency in predictive analytics and statistical modeling
Excellent project management skills
Proficient in programming languages
Exceptional communication skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience managing direct/indirect reports
Knowledge of translational medicine is a plus
Ability to produce high quality written documentation
