Job Description

Natera is seeking a Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, focusing on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance modules within the healthcare provider domain. The candidate will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud, emphasizing SCM and Finance modules
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and deliverables
• Guide BSAs in requirement gathering and functional design
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and data migration
• Ensure alignment with Oracle's best practices
• Oversee the development of reports, interfaces, customizations, and extensions
• Evaluate existing configurations and recommend enhancements
• Ensure solutions support long-term business goals and compliance
• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business teams
• Present architectural recommendations to leadership
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation
• Participate in project planning and risk assessments

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of SCM modules and Finance modules
• Experience with Oracle's reporting tools
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and web services
• Familiarity with data migration tools
• Knowledge of RICE-W components
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Inventory Management processes
• Ability to guide development teams on best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An analytical mindset
