Natera is seeking an RPA Developer/Analyst to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA tools, focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves gathering requirements, collaborating with developers, and ensuring optimal business efficiency through RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA tools
• Identify automation opportunities in processes involving Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and process workflows
• Collaborate with RPA developers to design and implement automation solutions
• Identify and design business processes for automation
• Ensure the setting, testing, and monitoring of automated workflows
• Track and monitor RPA automation performances and KPIs

Requirements

• Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, or C#
• Ability to analyze complex processes and identify automation opportunities
• Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
• Troubleshooting and solving problems efficiently
