Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s or JD preferred
  • 7–10 years of government affairs or public policy experience, including direct lobbying and multi-state advocacy within healthcare, biotechnology, diagnostics, or a regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of state legislative and regulatory processes
  • Proven ability to build and maintain bipartisan relationships with lawmakers and health policy influencers
  • Experience managing direct reports and mentoring high-performing advocacy teams
