OKX is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to support the Regulatory Compliance and Risk Assessment team. Responsibilities include risk assessment, regulatory change management, and collaboration with various teams. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence requests
• Collaborate on risk assessment issue mitigation
• Manage policies and procedures for risk assessment
• Support risk assessment operations
• Support integration with GRC tools
• Maintain Enterprise Risk Assessment Calendar
• Develop and maintain a Global Risk Assessment tracker
• Build and oversee implementation of regulatory mapping and horizon scanning processes
• Build workflows for identification and assessment of new regulatory changes
• Coordinate relationships with third-party vendors
• Develop and maintain procedures and training materials for regulatory change management
• Coordinate reporting and updates on upcoming global regulatory changes

Requirements

• Experience in regulatory roles within financial services, preferably fintech or Big 4
• Multi-tasking skills with close attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, law or related field
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex workflows and documentation
