Job Description

Join the Product Implementation Team to improve patient care by improving bed and staffing allocation and streamline the patient journey. You will work closely with hospital clients, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our technology that optimizes patient throughput and hospital capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to rollout
• Support accounts by partnering with the Customer Success Manager
• Conduct workflow discovery and solution design sessions
• Configure the platform and validate data
• Collaborate on status reporting and communicate project timelines
• Communicate technical requirements and ensure understanding of data and setup needs
• Evaluate and improve client implementation and outcomes processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with data and analytics
• 2+ years of experience in a client- or customer-facing role
• Obsession with customer happiness
• Experience with software implementation processes
• Understanding of healthcare IT systems and data
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management tools
• Willingness to travel
