Requirements
Exceptional business writing skills in English and Spanish
Proficiency with Google Apps, Apple Products, and CRM software is preferred
Familiarity with VoIP phone systems
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Successful handling of confidentiality, security, and HIPAA guidelines
