Job Description

As the Customer Success Manager, you will drive a seamless experience for customers, manage relationships, maintain account health, upsell accounts, provide product feedback, and drive the customer renewal process. You will ensure customers achieve their business objectives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or related field
  • 2+ years of experience within the Multi-Family Property Management industry
  • Highly organized and adept at managing a large book of business
  • Proven performance in hitting monthly benchmarks
  • Highly coachable, self-starter, with a growth mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to create great customer experiences
  • Ability to navigate complex relationships
  • Ability to problem-solve and drive customer retention
  • Self-driven and independent
  • A collaborative team player
  • Agility in adapting to new scenarios
