Xometry is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Operations to join their fast-paced and innovative team to oversee cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support growth in advanced manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional operational programs
• Collaborate with teams to implement operational improvements
• Develop and monitor KPIs
• Create project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders
• Analyze data for decision-making
• Champion lean principles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Ability to lead large-scale projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets and timelines
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
