Job Description

Xometry is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Senior Product Analyst to drive improvements in technology by leveraging data to optimize product performance, drive strategic decisions, and continuously improve user experience through rigorous testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of product usage, user behavior, and performance metrics
• Design, implement, and manage A/B tests and other experiments
• Analyze experiment results using statistical methods
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish tracking mechanisms
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize experiment results and key metrics
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
• Communicate complex data insights and experiment results
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Contribute to the development of experimentation methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in a quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests
• Solid understanding of statistical significance and hypothesis testing
• SQL is a must, Python is nice to have, and experience with Looker is desirable
• Knowledge of data science concepts and methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a product-driven environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
