BambooHR is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead innovative projects, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with engineering teams. The role involves managing complex initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leveraging AI to enhance operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise and partner with VP of Engineering to drive operational excellence
• Manage complex 3rd party integrations and partnerships
• Lead technical programs focused on platform architecture and scalability
• Leverage AI to enhance daily operations and transform processes
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed program plans, including schedules and resource allocation
• Identify and manage initiative dependencies, critical path, and potential bottlenecks
• Collect, analyze, and track metrics impacting developer productivity
• Collaborate across engineering to enhance software development processes
• Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience
• Experience leading teams through influence and strategic alignment
• Proficiency in engineering methodologies and tools
• Experience in driving and coaching teams in advancing software development processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent executive-level communication skills
