Job Description

The Director of Digital Demand will build and execute the full-funnel digital growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and expansion for Filevine’s sales-led and product-led growth functions. This is a player-coach role, optimizing key channels and campaigns while coaching and scaling a team of high-performing marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital demand channels strategy, execution, and optimization
  • Manage and mentor a team to hit monthly goals
  • Architect the digital campaign roadmap
  • Build integrated programs across acquisition and customer lifecycle
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on lead scoring, routing, funnel analytics, and pipeline forecasting
  • Own web experience performance
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and brand teams
  • Analyze and report on key KPIs
  • Drive experimentation with bold ideas

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in digital or growth marketing for a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Experience in legal tech or vertical SaaS is a plus
  • Proven success owning pipeline targets and scaling multi-channel programs
  • Fluent in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Domo, Meta Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, and GA4
  • Data-obsessed, testing-driven, and deeply comfortable with attribution models
  • People-first leader who develops talent and builds team culture
  • Able to think strategically while executing with urgency and precision
