Job Description

The Jr. Customer Success Manager will ensure client satisfaction and project success, focusing on relationship management, problem-solving, and identifying opportunities for growth and repeat business.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure client communication and processes meet Lightcast's standards
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Coordinate and resolve client and internal challenges
  • Manage client expectations and address project issues
  • Identify opportunities for project expansion
  • Develop future opportunities and repeat business

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar role
  • Background in Consulting or Professional Services preferred
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in delivering client success standards
  • Experience analyzing data
  • Understanding of HR software vendors, including Workday, SAP, and Oracle
