Responsibilities
Ensure client communication and processes meet Lightcast's standards
Build and maintain customer relationships
Coordinate and resolve client and internal challenges
Manage client expectations and address project issues

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar role
Background in Consulting or Professional Services preferred
Project Management experience
Experience in delivering client success standards
Experience analyzing data
Understanding of HR software vendors, including Workday, SAP, and Oracle
