Job Description

Lead and scale how Amplitude connects with, champions, and grows customer and practitioner communities. This role involves developing customer-facing programs, community experiences, and digital community growth to inspire customer advocacy and elevate Amplitude’s brand.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute customer & community strategy
  • Launch and scale customer advocacy programs
  • Partner cross-functionally
  • Own digital community growth
  • Measure success metrics
  • Be the bridge between Amplitude and practitioners

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer marketing, community programs, or similar roles
  • Proven success in building customer-facing programs
  • Strong program management skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
  • Executive presence with a builder mindset
  • Analytical and metrics-driven
