Ro, a direct-to-patient healthcare company, seeks a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to drive change within its growing Finance team. This role involves developing financial analyses, reporting, and models, supporting senior team members and leadership, and impacting the entire company. The analyst will prepare reports, build financial models, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver leadership-level reporting
• Build and maintain financial models
• Run ad-hoc analyses and develop forecasting models
• Identify financial trends
• Provide support to the finance team and leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze the business

Requirements

• 1-4 years of financial modeling and strategic analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google sheets
• Strong financial analysis experience
• Quick learner, data-driven, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage complex processes and deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to cultivate effective working relationships
