Job Description

Truveta is seeking a Product Manager to own core platform capabilities, focusing on security, scalability, and operational efficiency. The role involves building foundational systems for user access, organizational management, and customer onboarding, impacting cost structure, security, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for platform capabilities
• Define roadmap for authentication, user management, billing, and customer onboarding systems
• Establish and evolve security framework and project organizational model
• Lead initiatives to reduce COGS
• Design and build self-service onboarding experiences
• Own user experience for authentication and user lifecycle management
• Design billing and commerce systems
• Build interfaces for administrators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Define and track KPIs

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Manager experience
• Strong platform experience
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security concepts
• Experience with customer onboarding workflows
• Familiarity with billing systems
• Ability to work with technical teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
