Oportun seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative to provide customer service, process transactions, and engage in outreach activities to educate members about financial services. The role involves working in stores, community events, and partner locations, with a focus on building relationships and promoting Oportun's mission.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and provide quality service
• Process transactions following company policies
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Educate potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach
• Build relationships with local businesses
• Conduct outreach at community events
• Support community outreach and marketing events
• Perform light housekeeping
• Use a computer for administrative tasks
• Travel between work locations

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Outgoing and sales-focused
• Enjoy speaking with people
• Available to work weekends and flexible hours
• Reliable attendance
• Willing to work outdoors
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
