Job Description

Cloudflare is seeking an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Sr. Briefing Manager to focus on the growth and improvements in the Executive Briefing Program. This individual contributor role will represent the Global EBC program in the New York City office and contribute to strategic Executive Briefing planning globally. The role involves improving EBC strategy, executing event coordination plans, and driving efficiencies for the overall program.

Responsibilities

• Act as the EBC Program representative in the New York office and build relationships with stakeholders
• Project manage and consult on all steps in the life cycle of strategic Executive Briefings
• Facilitate internal prep and planning calls
• Work with subject matter experts to maintain and update content
• Build and maintain relationships with market teams, product managers, and executives
• Participate in problem-solving and planning sessions
• Lead feedback sessions with stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Executive Briefing programs, sales, marketing, or strategic events
• Strong project management skills
• Experience working across global stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
• Sound business judgment and analytical skills
