Job Description

The Operations Analyst will support the Launched Effects business line, based in Atlanta, as that team scales its Altius product lines into full rate production. The role involves managing staffing, supporting corporate planning, collaborating with recruiting and functional leadership, enhancing forecasting, leveraging data and systems for insights, and owning operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing for the organization
• Support corporate planning and monitor performance against goals
• Collaborate with Recruiting team for efficient hiring
• Work with functional leadership on employee performance and development
• Enhance forecasting of engineering labor requirements
• Leverage data and systems to create insights and analytics
• Monitor and analyze progress against plans and provide recommendations
• Build infrastructure to optimize employee demand vs supply
• Execute analyses and own operational projects end-to-end
• Project manage across stakeholders

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in an operating role, finance, or consulting
