Job Description

We’re looking for a customer-focused and results-oriented Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this external-facing role, you will lead complex SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple customer implementation projects
• Create and manage detailed project plans
• Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
• Manage ongoing communications and status reporting
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Maintain documentation

Requirements

• 3-4 years of project management experience in SaaS implementations, professional services, or enterprise software deployments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
