Lead the reimagination of the Headspace member experience, shaping user engagement across their mental health journey, delivering personalized experiences, and driving meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for member engagement experiences
  • Drive personalization across the platform using behavioral data and AI-driven recommendations
  • Build and scale conversational AI experiences
  • Own key engagement, retention, and outcomes metrics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Be a voice for the member across the company

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience with 5+ years leading teams
  • Proven success building and scaling engaging consumer products
  • Deep understanding of user engagement loops and retention strategies
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
