Job Description

Curri is seeking a Director of Service Operations to lead their service and support teams, driving operational excellence and setting standards for customer and driver engagement within the construction logistics platform.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments
  • Strong operational instincts and analytical skills
  • First principles thinker
  • Proven track record leading service organizations
  • Excellent people leader
  • Systems thinker
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and high expectations
  • Strong data skills
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Proficiency or familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Experience in logistics or on-demand marketplaces is a bonus
