Responsibilities

• Develop next-generation sequencing analysis pipelines
• Perform analysis of clinical bioinformatics data
• Assemble and analyze quality metrics from the clinical laboratory

Requirements

• BS or MS in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Familiarity with next generation sequencing data analysis
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
