PagerDuty seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead incident management, focusing on core incidents and real-time chat experiences. Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core incidents experience
  • Own the Chat Experience across collaboration tools
  • Partner with AI-first organization to define and ship AI Agents
  • Drive adoption of proactive, context-rich, and automated workflows
  • Collaborate with teams to turn customer pain points into solutions
  • Define and measure success through adoption, customer satisfaction, and experience quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools
  • Proven experience building and launching Slack apps
  • Strong understanding of incident response and DevOps workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact product initiatives
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
