Job Description
Visier seeks a Partner Development Manager to recruit, manage, and grow technology partners for their Applications business, focusing on lead generation, joint go-to-market programs, and partner management.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop an ecosystem of partners
Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs
Manage full-lifecycle of new partners
Work closely with key Strategic Partnerships counterparts
Be the single point of contact for the sales team
Be the subject matter expert on selling on Azure
Hold regular cadences with partners
Evangelize Visier across partners’ sales teams
Manage the flow of prospects/customers
Manage and track partnerships against pipeline and revenue targets
Drive urgency around partnerships
Work closely with sales teams during sales cycles
Build out global relationship maps
Work closely with internal stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development, alliances/partner management, and/or partner activation/enablement
Experience working with technology partners and partner programs is a plus
Pipeline management and understanding sales rhythms and cycles
