Job Description

Visier seeks a Partner Development Manager to recruit, manage, and grow technology partners for their Applications business, focusing on lead generation, joint go-to-market programs, and partner management.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop an ecosystem of partners
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs
  • Manage full-lifecycle of new partners
  • Work closely with key Strategic Partnerships counterparts
  • Be the single point of contact for the sales team
  • Be the subject matter expert on selling on Azure
  • Hold regular cadences with partners
  • Evangelize Visier across partners’ sales teams
  • Manage the flow of prospects/customers
  • Manage and track partnerships against pipeline and revenue targets
  • Drive urgency around partnerships
  • Work closely with sales teams during sales cycles
  • Build out global relationship maps
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development, alliances/partner management, and/or partner activation/enablement
  • Experience working with technology partners and partner programs is a plus
  • Pipeline management and understanding sales rhythms and cycles
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level relationships
  • Experience working with highly-matrixed organizations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impressive business and financial acumen
  • Curiosity, authenticity, imagination, and creativity
  • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company is an asset
