Job Description

Visier, a global leader in AI-powered people analytics, seeks a Strategic Partnerships Director to recruit, manage, and grow the Americas partnership ecosystem. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market programs, managing partner relationships, and driving partnerships to meet pipeline and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop an ecosystem of partners for lead generation and services delivery
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with partners
  • Manage the full lifecycle of new partners
  • Collaborate with counterparts in EMEA and APAC
  • Hold regular cadences with partners
  • Manage and track partnerships against pipeline and revenue targets
  • Drive urgency around partnerships and help sales teams engage partners
  • Work with sales teams during sales cycles
  • Build global relationship maps with key leaders at partner firms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business development and sales support

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/business development, management consulting, and/or partner management
  • Experience working with consulting firms and SIs is a plus
  • Experience with pipeline management and sales cycles
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level relationships
  • Experience working with highly-matrixed organizations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impressive business and financial acumen
  • Curiosity, authenticity, imagination, and creativity
  • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company is an asset
