As Commercial Counsel, you will support cross-functional teams and the sales team in the Americas, negotiating customer subscription agreements and vendor agreements.
Responsibilities
Provide commercial legal support to the Notion Sales team in the Americas
Negotiate customer subscription agreements
Support procurement and business teams on vendor agreement negotiation
Work on special projects requiring legal support
Create and maintain enablement materials for the Sales team
Requirements
Admitted to the New York Bar or eligible for Registered In-House Counsel
7+ years of commercial attorney experience, including 3+ years in-house experience at a software technology company
Ability to manage and negotiate SaaS agreements
Strong understanding of cloud services and SaaS business practices
Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills
