Job Description

As Commercial Counsel, you will support cross-functional teams and the sales team in the Americas, negotiating customer subscription agreements and vendor agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial legal support to the Notion Sales team in the Americas
  • Negotiate customer subscription agreements
  • Support procurement and business teams on vendor agreement negotiation
  • Work on special projects requiring legal support
  • Create and maintain enablement materials for the Sales team

Requirements

  • Admitted to the New York Bar or eligible for Registered In-House Counsel
  • 7+ years of commercial attorney experience, including 3+ years in-house experience at a software technology company
  • Ability to manage and negotiate SaaS agreements
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and SaaS business practices
  • Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills
