Responsibilities

• Concept, iterate, and deliver editorial design for digital and print magazine
• Art direct and commission original artwork
• Support photo and video shoots
• Develop understanding of Mercury's brand and audience
• Influence and inspire the design team
• Manage multiple projects
• Collaborate and communicate effectively

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and art direction
• Portfolio demonstrating brand design projects and illustrations
• Expertise in guiding creative vision
• Comfort in exploring new visual approaches
• Experience working on print magazines
• Commitment to design excellence
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
