Headway is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Data team. The role involves using data to understand user behavior, drive product ideation, and influence strategy. The analyst will work with product and engineering teams to define analytics requirements, design experiments, and interpret data to improve decision-making. The role requires a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams to define analytics requirements and answer key questions
• Use data to understand user behavior and product usage to influence strategy and experimentation
• Collaborate with data teams to model data and present it in a digestible way
• Communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience using data to solve problems and drive decision-making
• 4+ years of experience at a high-growth technology startup
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools
• Experience developing tests and predictive analytics
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality and ability to prioritize
• Motivated by the company's mission
