Headway is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to build and maintain security and privacy for therapists, patients, and payers. The role involves building detection and response infrastructure, developing automated detections, analyzing security events, and collaborating with engineering teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of security and/or software engineering experience.

Responsibilities
