Job Description

As the Marketing Automation Manager - Marketo, you will play a critical role in the success of our global marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to design, execute, and optimize global campaigns that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build and optimize campaigns in Marketo
  • Test, optimize, and standardize email, programs, forms, landing pages, and templates
  • Upload and maintain lead lists and oversee data hygiene
  • Manage email consent best practices
  • Manage and optimize integrations between Marketo and other tools
  • Oversee third-party agencies
  • Support marketing initiatives across regions and business units
  • Participate in the training and supervision of Marketo users
  • Identify and implement new campaign opportunities
  • Implement and maintain tracking scripts
  • Improve email engagement, deliverability, and unsubscribes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience using Marketo
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills
  • Functional experience in HTML and CSS
  • Experience with various martech platforms and tools
  • Adept at reporting tools
  • Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance
  • Experience with Marketo Measure/Bizible
  • B2B marketing experience
