Job Description

The Business Development Representative will be the first line of contact, generating new business through inbound opportunities by helping prospects understand the value of impact.com’s 3 SKUs. This role involves collaboration across sales, demand generation, and sales/marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound inquiries to assess prospect qualification
  • Educate and qualify prospects about the technology and SKUs
  • Work with Account Executives to build a pipeline
  • Track and manage prospects through Salesforce.com
  • Schedule appointments with Account Executives
  • Provide market and product feedback

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing service industry
  • Excitement for working with business functions
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and passionate about marketing & technology
