The Solutions Consultant will partner with the sales organization to drive revenue for impact.com. This role requires technical knowledge and business acumen to uncover customer needs and position impact.com technology effectively.
Responsibilities
Partner with sales to drive revenue
Conduct discovery sessions to document customer needs
Design solution plans and technical integration documentation
Lead technical sales activities including presentations and demonstrations
Draft technical RFP responses
Collaborate with product teams to share customer requests
Create reusable content
Requirements

Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and file transfer systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and digital marketing solutions
Ability to communicate complex technical information
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in a customer-facing role at a digital marketing or technology company
