Job Description

The IP Product Operations Manager will drive the coordination and communication with customers and internal teams to ensure the delivery of accelerated compute IP solutions. This role involves project and customer relationship management, aligning product strategy, and overseeing product milestones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive coordination and communication with customers and the IP Product Team
• Align product milestones and customer engagement plans
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive agreed actions to completion
• Establish and maintain processes to track program goals and deliverables
• Enable and maintain systems to provide engineering support for the IP Product
• Communicate program status and challenges to senior management
• Foster a collaborative work environment
• Conduct regular program reviews and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in IP Product roles, specifically with architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem or GPU IPs
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor IP industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing complex IP products
• Extensive working knowledge of program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, JAMA etc.
