Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution
  • Develop project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for projects
  • Conduct project status meetings
  • Manage third-party contractors and vendors
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Assess space requirements and develop space planning solutions
  • Implement workplace optimization strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in office software and project management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to anticipate challenges and find solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading projects
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
