PointCentral is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Enabling Technologies team. The role involves working on complex systems for rental communities, focusing on hardware and software solutions. The Senior Product Manager will drive business outcomes, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and maintain innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own business objectives for hardware ecosystem expansion
• Drive the entire product development lifecycle
• Formulate product vision and roadmap
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology partners
• Support leadership in customer engagements
• Support revenue teams in sales and onboarding
• Develop understanding of the rental real estate market
• Comprehend new technologies and standards
• Contribute to a positive work culture

Requirements

• 5-9 years in technology roles with 3+ years as a product manager
• Real estate or property technology experience preferred
• Proven ability to achieve positive business outcomes
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Passion for consumer and commercial technology
• B.S., B.A., or relevant trade experience required
