Job Description

CHeKT is seeking a solution-oriented Product Manager to join their growing team. The Product Manager will work with the software engineering team and stakeholders to bring, maintain, and develop CHeKT services and tools, expanding their ability to serve customers in global markets and innovate new applications for CHeKT technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire product development life cycle
• Collaborate with product designers and software engineers
• Engage with customers and monitoring station partners
• Collaborate with the COO and VP of Technology
• Lead the execution of CHeKT integration strategies
• Translate the product vision into detailed requirements
• Be the product champion to internal teams
• Work with engineering, support, sales, and partners to troubleshoot issues
• Recommend and prioritize improvements
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. required
• 2-5 years in product, project, or program management
• Deeply curious and understand the importance of “why”
• Strong ability to process and synthesize information
• Skilled in optimizing workflows
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Genuine self-starter
• A great collaborator
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects
• Requires travel
