Job Description

CHeKT is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team to work on their platform, including software, integrations, and hardware devices. The role involves working with engineering and stakeholders to develop and maintain CHeKT services, expand into global markets, and innovate new applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire product development life cycle
• Collaborate with product designers and software engineers
• Engage with customers and monitoring station partners
• Collaborate with the COO and VP of Technology
• Lead the execution of CHeKT integration strategies
• Translate the product vision into detailed requirements
• Be the product champion to internal teams
• Work with engineering, support, sales, and partners to resolve issues
• Recommend and prioritize improvements
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. required, preferably in an engineering discipline
• 5-7 years in product, project, or program management
• Deeply curious and understand the importance of “why”
• Strong ability to process and synthesize information
• Skilled in optimizing workflows
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Genuine self-starter
• A great collaborator
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects
• Requires travel to CHeKT’s headquarters and Alarm.com’s headquarters
