Job Description

The Director, Strategic Planning & Operations will act as a player-coach, working across 2-3 transformation workstreams as a coach and thought partner. This role will also drive high-impact problem-solving within assigned workstreams as an internal consultant.

Responsibilities

• Partner with work-streams to deliver impact
• Act as the first point of contact for Work Stream Leaders
• Support Work Stream Leaders in setting the right aspiration and driving towards the right level of impact
• Problem solve with Work Stream Leaders on overall workstream pipeline
• Problem solve with OI on specific initiatives
• Utilize a “challenger” mindset to breakdown roadblocks
• Support Work Stream Leaders in structuring weekly Transformation Office workstream meeting materials
• Create strong linkage between workstream and the Transformation Office
• Be a sounding board on specific issues for leadership

Requirements

• Experience managing teams through change
• 3+ years in consulting, banking, or corporate development experience
• Track record of delivering high-impact results
• Excellent problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment
• Ability to communicate well with roles of all levels
• Experience working in professional service environments
• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree or MBA is preferred
