Job Description

Metropolis seeks a Vice President of Revenue Operations to optimize revenue generation across sales, marketing, and customer success, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies
  • Direct and enhance Salesforce operations
  • Lead and refine the underwriting process
  • Oversee sales operations, including planning and forecasting
  • Lead lead generation and management strategies
  • Manage customer success operations
  • Utilize data analytics for improvement
  • Work with other departments for alignment
  • Establish KPIs and metrics
  • Lead Business Intelligence leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Active involvement in work-streams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in revenue or sales operations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience developing and executing revenue growth strategies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Salesforce operations and CRM management
