Metropolis seeks a Vice President of Revenue Operations to optimize revenue generation across sales, marketing, and customer success, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement revenue strategies
Direct and enhance Salesforce operations
Lead and refine the underwriting process
Oversee sales operations, including planning and forecasting
Lead lead generation and management strategies
Manage customer success operations
Utilize data analytics for improvement
Work with other departments for alignment
Establish KPIs and metrics
Lead Business Intelligence leaders
Drive continuous improvement
Active involvement in work-streams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of leadership experience in revenue or sales operations
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience developing and executing revenue growth strategies
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Proficient in Salesforce operations and CRM management
