Job Description

Pendo seeks an exceptional Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue growth through new and existing accounts. The role involves executing sales strategies, driving executive engagement, and exceeding quotas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Execute value-based sales process
  • Source and develop new business opportunities
  • Articulate Pendo’s value proposition
  • Build executive awareness and sales pipeline
  • Define account strategies
  • Forecast sales opportunities
  • Track sales activity in Salesforce
  • Travel as needed

Requirements

  • Successful track record selling Enterprise software
  • Cultivating relationships with senior executives
  • Building multi-year account plans
  • Overseeing a sales opportunity pipeline
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Experience with Sales tools including Salesforce, Clari, Looker, Gong, Outreach
  • Familiar with MEDDIC and Force Management Methodology
