Job Description

Pendo is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to execute a strategic plan focused on solution partnerships and affiliate programs to drive growth. This role involves building relationships, managing partners, developing go-to-market strategies, and monitoring performance to increase revenue contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire solution partners and PE/VC firms
  • Manage and nurture relationships with partners and affiliates
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success
  • Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-7 years experience in channel sales, strategic alliances, or partner management
  • Proven track record in exceeding channel sales performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and BI/Analytics systems
  • Willingness to travel
