Job Description

This role focuses on product reliability analytics within the Enterprise Product Analytics team, collaborating with embedded and backend engineering teams to build and maintain reliability metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and establish fundamentals for product reliability analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic thought leadership for product reliability
• Define and own key engineering metrics
• Conduct root cause analysis through data insights
• Apply statistical reasoning to identify anomalies
• Present findings to an executive audience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 10+ years experience in data analysis or data science with a focus on physical hardware product analytics
• Expert in SQL and Python
• Strong statistics, probability, and quantitative reasoning skills
• Experience in hardware or software reliability analytics
