Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. This role involves leading the development and implementation of a strategic vision for Motive’s AI-powered safety products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for AI-powered safety products
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor landscapes
• Spearhead the development and launch of AI features
• Partner with engineering, data science, and computer vision teams
• Understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
• Identify product improvements and new growth opportunities
• Partner with the Sales team
• Mentor a high-performing team
• Navigate technical complexities
• Develop and implement product strategy
• Collaborate with GTM teams
• Analyze performance metrics
• Contribute to work culture

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience launching and scaling software products in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on product management experience in a complex technical environment involving IoT, AI/ML, and an integrated hardware and software stack
• Proven track record in developing and scaling products that specifically utilize computer vision and machine learning
• High customer empathy
• Data-driven
• Comfortable sharing thoughts verbally or written
• Technical knowledge
• Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams
